Concrete Vibrator Shaft and Head (Pendulum Type)

This vibrating poker head uses pendulum principle, which allows the efficient compacting of the concrete at a high frequency vibration. Although it may cause little noise during its vibration, but the low speed of 3000rpm for flexible shaft and bearing enables the poker head has a longer service life. General speaking, this pendulum concrete vibrator poker head with flexible shaft can be widely used in different applications.

      ZN series vibrating poker heads have strong versatility and are adaptable to different working conditions all around the world.
      Poker head diameter: Φ25-Φ70mm
      Amplitude (half value): 0.7-1.25mm
      Amplitude (total value): 1.4-2.5mm
      Vibration frequency: 200-260Hz (12000-15600vpm)
    2. Concrete Vibrator Shaft, Vibrator Head, JKV Series

      JKV series vibrating poker heads have a counter spring, which is designed to absorb vibration, so that to alleviate the user discomfort during operation.
      Poker head diameter: Φ28-Φ60mm
      Amplitude (half value): 0.7-1.2mm
      Amplitude (total value): 1.4-2.4mm
      Vibration frequency: 200-210Hz (12000-12600vpm)

      RV Series vibrating poker heads are designed with a self-adjusting device to make the work more stable.
      Poker head diameter: Φ50mm
      Amplitude (half value): 1.2mm
      Amplitude (total value): 2.4mm
      Vibration frequency: 230Hz (13800vpm)
