Application

The external concrete vibrator is distinguished by its simple structure, convenient maintenance and great durability. After being placed in the required working places, this external vibrator only needs to be powered electrically for concrete compaction or vibration of concrete forms, requiring no need for any human intervention.

The external concrete vibrator is suitable for effective compaction of concrete pavement, the concrete compaction depth preferably less than 20 cm. In addition, this external concrete vibrator can also be used as a vibration source to vibrate concrete forms or convey materials.

Design Principle

The external concrete vibrator is composed of a vibration motor and eccentric weight discs. This product needs to be mounted on equipment or fastened on vibrator mounting bracket when working.

Unlike standard asynchronous motors, asynchronous motor used in this concrete vibrator is designed with eccentric weights at the both end of rotating shaft, which improves the starting torque to realize efficient vibration.
